Oscar,2 年前加入了初级英语口语课程。五岁,很聪明,很可爱,很有创意。通过我2年的特殊口语训练和唱歌练习,他的听力和口语能力有了很大的提高。现在,在玩他的玩具时,他能够快速记住较长的句子并立即重复。这说明他可以快速捕捉到他感兴趣的瞬间进入他大脑的信息,也可以快速记住它们并反馈。
Oscar, joined Oral English courses for beginners 2 years ago. Five years old, very smart, very cute and very creative. Via my special speaking training and singing exercises for 2 years, he has made significant progress in improving his listening and speaking skills. Now while playing with his toys, he is able to pick up and memorize longer sentences quickly and repeat them immediately. It shows that he can quickly capture the information that enters his brain instantly which he is interested in, and also can quickly remember them and feedback.
当我教孩子学习语言时,我主要专注于激发他们的兴趣和潜力,以便他们能够积极参与学习过程。因此,他们会自动记住新单词、新短语和新句子。另外我发现如果孩子的兴趣和潜力可以被激发,她/他可以经常主动提出各种他们喜欢的话题,这样他们就可以在短时间内积累词汇量。这样就形成了一个良性循环。
When I teach a kid to study a language, I mainly focus on inspiring their interests and potentials so that they can actively participating in the learning process. Consequently, they would automatically memorize new words, new phrases and new sentences. Also I find out if a kid’s interest and potential can be inspired, she/he can often actively ask various questions about any topics they like, so that they would be able to accumulate vocabulary in a short time period. This way builds up a positive cycle.
当然,孩子不能长时间关注某件事。她/他的兴趣和话题是多变的,因此需要老师非常有耐心,具有积极的思想,广泛的知识和与她/他的沟通技巧。
Of course, a kid can’t pay an attention to something for a long time. Her/his interests and topics are changeable, so it requires a teacher to be very patient with active thoughts, broad knowledge and communication skills with her/him.
